    Everyone influences culture! We need everybody at the company to work on these topics. Most companies don’t tackle this as deliberately and transparently as they should.

    • Culture. How to foster a resilient, collaborative, supportive, learning team culture?
    • Bias. Countering ageism on the team (against younger people and against older people, both). Preventing and recovering from microaggressions.
    • Offering Support. Effectively offering support: concrete offers, open-ended offers. Letting them choose: being listened to, being validated, ideating together, being offered advice.
    • Asking for support. What to ask? How to ask? Who to ask? How to not be hyper-independent?
