Goals
To develop alignment around a shared set of user needs this team could address.
To prioritize the most important user needs to start addressing.
Activities
Brainstorming - Each attendees comes up with 10 user needs. Focus on their what their needs are in the first place, assuming our app/service does not exist.
Sharing & Grouping - Each person shares the user needs they came up with out loud. We merge duplicates, and put related ideas into groups.
Prioritizing - We put these user needs into the Prioritization Matrix, and prioritize!
